Chadwick's of Boston is the nation's first, and now largest, off-price women's fashion catalog company. The company was searching for a non-competing, complimentary product line of gift items for the 2001 holiday season to be marketed via catalog to its customer base. Chadwick's chose imart and it's subsidiary business unit, Bayberry Company, to provide the solution.
The direct marketing venture was built on the imart Direct Marketing Architecture (iDMA) to perform all operational tasks including campaign management, multi-channel order processing, transaction processing, fulfillment integration, order tracking, accounting integration, customer service management, and sales & media analysis.
Payment methods were limited to Chadwick's of Boston credit cards, requiring modifications to the order management component to tie into the Chadwick's private card authorization system. The end result was increased value applicable to the Chadwick's of Boston credit card, increased credit card usage, and ultimately increased revenue & profits.
